Passionate about food, Business lead Roger Robinson an Artisan Craftsman looks to combine the best quality ingredients from local suppliers and create seasonal dishes to suit all menus and events.  His starting point is to listen to you, value your ideas and wants and gain a sense of your style and vision and then, create a bespoke menu that evokes this!

With over 25 years  experience in catering Roger & Craig  are specialists in wedding catering, film crew catering, VIP receptions and corporate events.  Having provided catering in a range of settings and venues throughout The Causeway Coast and

Beyond, Castaway Caterings ability to draw on experience that helps inform the concept and planning of your event, ensuring that all needs to be considered are taken into account. 

On the day, Roger takes great care to ensure that each dish is prepared with an emphasis on presentation that matches taste, whilst the front of house team deliver seamless service that adds value to each of your guest's experience.

Roger has attained the Wine and Spirit Education Trust (WSET) To Degree Level in both wines and spirits, and is knowledgeable on craft beers and ales, so can ably advise on drink choices to complement your menu.

Please Note: Rogers menus are bespoke and created for individual requirements' therefore don't send out standardised menus or pricing.  Our way is to chat over the basics and deliver something more tailored to you, with no pressure to book and/or commit to anything.  That said we have on the next page placed  a few menus to give you a starting point!

His only ambition is to showcase food, deliver local produce and give service to match.
