With over 25 years of experience, Roger and Craig are specialists in wedding catering, film crew meals, VIP receptions, and corporate events. From elegant venues across the Causeway Coast to remote outdoor locations, we’ve catered in every setting imaginable. That experience shapes how we plan and deliver every event — down to the smallest detail.

On the day, Roger ensures every dish is presented with the same care it’s prepared — beautifully balanced, visually stunning, and tailored to taste. Meanwhile, our front-of-house team provides seamless service that elevates your guest experience.

Roger also holds advanced qualifications from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) in both wines and spirits, and has a strong knowledge of craft beers and ales — meaning he can guide you on perfect pairings to complement your menu.
